Signing up for the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack

The Salesforce CRM with the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is a powerful CRM solution for nonprofit organizations. The Salesforce Power of Us Hub donates 10 licenses to eligible nonprofit organizations. The program details are located at http://www.salesforce.org/nonprofit/power-of-us/

Sign up for a 30-day trial of Lightning Enterprise Edition + the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). You’ll have 30 days from the time you start the trial to complete your Power of Us application. If you choose to apply for Salesforce.org’s Power of Us program, your selected trial will become your permanent Salesforce configuration. You can also request a trial extension by sending Salesforce a message.

To apply to the Power of Us program, your organization will need to be a 501 (c)(3). You will need to login with your trial login information, answer some questions, and supply some documents electronically (See the eligibility guideline below for details).  Approval into the program can take up to 2 weeks. Once approved you will be sent an approval notice and the information to convert your trial to a free license for 10 users.

Nonprofit Eligibility Guidelines:
To maintain your acceptance in the Power of Us program, you are required to be actively using your Salesforce org. If you are NOT READY to start actively implementing and using the product, please DO NOT complete the application.

Nonprofits

An Active Trial: You must have an active trial to apply for the Power of Us program. The trial will become your permanent Salesforce ORG. If your trial has expired, please contact us or start a new trial.

A System Administrator: Identify a member of your staff to be your named system administrator.

Executive Approval: Secure authorization from your Executive Director or Board Chair.

Your Tax ID: To help verify your nonprofit status, you will need your Federal Employer ID Number (EIN).

Your 501(c)(3) Letter: Organizations should obtain a copy of your 501(c)(3) letter in PDF format (file size should be less than 2MB) and have it available for upload.
